Glad they’re reopened and service was friendly. I liked the bagels, but I’m not a NYer, so I don’t have that “it’s a good NY bagel” discernment. But super happy local businesses in Fleetwood are coming back. More please!

Ice coffee was excellent and tasted so fresh! We got a breakfast wrap and bagel with cream cheese and both were amazing - the breakfast wrap was incredible. We stopped here on our road trip- wish we had a place like this in our town!!

I have gone to this establishment for a few years now to give them the benefit of the doubt. I want to support my community and shop locally, but just not here. This place has gone through many changes as well. They’ve remodeled and have had new owners. I thought that the service and food would be of better quality because of these changes, but it's not. They continue to have the same people preparing the food items. The bagels are always stale and horrible. The food that they do sell isn't great either. They get my orders wrong most of the time, and it's very annoying. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family.

It’s with a heavy heart I write this review. I don’t want to give my local bagel place bad reviews but the quality has gone downhill in the past year. The bagels are incredibly small, the filling is always embarrassingly small, and the staff are just not organized at all. For the past year I’ve just been going to Lenny’s bagels in Pelham but today I had a massive headache and decided to try again. I ordered and had my order repeated back to me. I get the order and massive parts of the order are missing. I don’t k is until I get home because you can’t just open up your bagel. It’s a to-go service. But my order is wrong, again. Just as all my orders were wrong. This essentially means every time I have to come here I now have to open up my bagel in front of the staff to ensure the order is correct. This should be embarrassing for both the staff because it will be for me. I’m done.

This sandwich was yummy but didnt have cheese on it, waitress was great though and offered to put another type on after the fact, my son's bagel on point as always. Had to add on the coffee is perfect!!!
